About Weston Islamic Benevolence Society
The Weston Islamic Benevolence Society was granted charitable registration by the CRA effective 1 July 2005 and has filed its returns through the year ending 30 June 2025. It now operates as the Weston Islamic Academic Cultural Centre at 4220 Steeles Avenue West in Woodbridge, and holds its Friday prayer and khutbah at 1:20pm in the Viceroy Banquet Hall at that address. Alongside prayer it runs a food bank, recreation programming and community education, describing its commitment as community service on the principle that thriving Muslim communities are agents for positive change.
