Operated by the Muslim Council of Calgary, which states it 'operates Calgary's only Muslim cemetery'. MCC's page states the site is 'Spread over an area of 67 acres, this land was purchased in 1983' and that over 90% remains available. Funeral services themselves are normally held at the Akram Jomaa Islamic Center or the SW Masjid.
