The Canadian position
Donation consent is registered provincially and acted on within hours of death — far too fast for a family to consult a scholar in the moment.
The Islamic position
The permitting view generally rests on necessity and the saving of life, with conditions about consent and non-commercialisation. The restrictive view rests on the inviolability of the body after death.
Because the decision has to be made in advance, it belongs in your advance care planning rather than in the will.
This is a contemporary ijtihad question rather than a settled classical one. Positions differ between fiqh councils, not simply between the four schools.

- Record the decision where your family will find it immediately.
- Tell your spouse and executor explicitly.
