MIA is the principal janazah provider for Muslims in Manitoba: its funeral page describes transport to an MIA funeral facility, ghusl, a shroud (kafan) and wooden casket, cemetery arrangements and an imam at the graveside, with the funeral prayer held at the Grand Mosque on Waverley. No dedicated 24-hour janazah number is published — only the office line and a funeral-services email — so after-hours contact is not confirmed. MIA also runs weekend Qur'an, Arabic and Islamic studies programs and a weekday preschool at this mosque.
