The cemetery appears in this directory because two GTA mosques — TARIC Islamic Centre and Madinah Masjid — name it on their own funeral pages as a cemetery they bury at. Mount Pleasant Group's own page names only a Veterans' Section and does not advertise a Muslim section; no CRA charity registration was found for Mount Pleasant Group or this cemetery, which is operated as a non-profit trust rather than a registered charity.
