Prayer times at Khadijah Islamic Center
Worked out from this masjid’s coordinates for today’s date. They are not Khadijah Islamic Center’s announced jamaa‘ah times — those are set by the masjid and usually differ. Check khadijahmtl.org for the jamaa‘ah timetable.

These are calculated times, not Khadijah Islamic Center’s jamaa‘ah times. They are worked out in your browser from this masjid’s own coordinates and today’s date, using the ISNA convention — the same arithmetic a printed timetable uses. What a masjid announces is something else: iqamah is set by the masjid, usually a chosen number of minutes after the prayer begins, and many hold it at a fixed clock time for weeks at a stretch. So the two will not match, and they are not meant to. For the times the congregation actually prays, check the masjid’s own site or phone (514) 934-7684.

Janazah & burial services
Registered Quebec charity since 1998, in the Griffintown/Sud-Ouest area (Centre St). Offers Quran classes, marriage services, and a counselling program. Site states a full-time religious/non-religious school is a future goal, not currently operating (full_time set to false on that basis). No funeral/janazah information found.

About Khadijah Islamic Center
Khadijah Islamic Center says on its own site it has been "A registered charitable organization in the province of Quebec since 1998," and explicitly identifies as "Ahl Al-Sunnah and Jama'ah." It currently operates from a rented building on Centre Street and has stated a future goal of building prayer facilities for 2,000 worshippers, which is an aspiration, not its current capacity.
From the organisation’s own pages, checked 13 Aug 2026 — see the sources below.
Sunni. The centre's own website states: "We are from Ahl Al-Sunnah and Jama'ah." We publish how a community describes itself — never our own categorisation of it.
What we haven’t confirmed
We could not establish: On-site mortuary, Cold storage, Ghusl facility, Ghusl for women, by women, Kafan (shroud), Transport of the deceased and more. Those are published as gaps rather than filled with a plausible guess. If you know the answer — especially if you are from this organisation — tell us and we will verify and update the listing.
Planning ahead, rather than in a crisis?
The two things a funeral coordinator asks a family for are the burial wishes and the will. Recording where your will is kept and working out the inheritance shares now spares your family both questions at the worst possible moment.
