The RMWB cemeteries page states it has "a Muslim Section, with a marker stone inscribed with a prayer, and gravesites are arranged to be perpendicular to Mecca." This is the newer of Fort McMurray's two Muslim sections and the one with capacity. Burials and plot reservations are arranged through Pulse at 780-743-7000 (toll free 1-800-973-9663); posted fees include adult grave opening/closing $2,120.28.
